Σε διαφορά δίκτυα που είδα δεν υπήρχε τόσο πολύ πρόβλημα στους LIRs όσο στους sponsored resource holders. 

Φαίνεται πως το πρόβλημα λύθηκε και δεν χρειάζεται κάποια κίνηση από τους operators:

Dear colleagues,

We have now reinstated the deleted ROAs and everything is back to normal. If you created replacement ROAs in the meantime, you will not need to do anything - any changes will still be there.

We have now implemented measures that will prevent this from happening again in the future. We will also share a full post-mortem with the RIPE Routing Working Group tomorrow: <routing-wg at ripe.net>.
